Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your appointment slot. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Accepted payment methods will be provided below. Failure to submit the deposit will result in forfeiture of the appointment.

Late Arrival Policy: A 15-minute grace period will be granted. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule. No exceptions will be made.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48  hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be banned from booking future appointments. No exceptions will be made.

Contact Information: Please provide a valid phone number and email address during booking for confirmation emails and texts. Failure to confirm your appointment may result in its cancellation.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for any services or products purchased. All sales are final.

Lash Specialization: Please note that I do not accept or work on curly lashes. If you have curly lashes and are unsure if you are eligible for the service, you may send pictures of your natural lashes prior to booking for confirmation.
